Chrissy Ford is a Registered Dental Hygienist, Practice Manager, speaker, published author, and the Founder of the Ford Dental Institute. With extensive experience in both clinical care and dental practice leadership, Chrissy brings a unique perspective that bridges the gap between patient care and business operations.

Beginning her career as a Dental Hygienist and later transitioning into practice management within the very practice she now leads, Chrissy has developed a deep understanding of the clinical, operational, and leadership components required to build a thriving dental practice. Her hands-on experience across multiple roles allows her to guide teams in creating systems that support both exceptional patient outcomes and sustainable practice growth.

Colinda brings over 25 years of experience in the dental industry, with a career that spans clinical, administrative, and leadership roles. Having worked as a Dental Assistant, Practice Manager, and Administrative Coach, she offers a comprehensive understanding of the systems, people, and processes required to run a successful dental practice.
